Forest

I am fascinated by the patches of wild forests nestled within the meticulously planned suburbs and cities where I live. These forests are vibrant ecosystems, and as I explore them in my neighborhood, I photograph, draw, take notes, and collect objects. I bring these findings back to my studio, where I carefully observe and arrange them into compositions. Trees often serve as my starting point, and I blend photography through photo transfer prints and add drawing, sewing, painting, and more. This process not only documents our time right now but also provides a meaningful way for me to reconnect with nature daily
